Privacy Policy

Overview

RESILAND Intelligence is a forest restoration platform serving Central Asia. We take privacy seriously and minimise the data we collect.

What we collect

• Email address and display name from your sign-in provider (Firebase Auth)
• IP address (in server logs only, scrubbed after 30 days)
• Map interactions and uploaded geometries you choose to save

How we store it

All credentials and uploaded files are encrypted at rest with Fernet AES. Spatial data lives in PostgreSQL/PostGIS, tiles in MinIO. Backups rotate weekly with 90-day retention.

AI model use

We use Anthropic Claude (Opus 4.7 / Sonnet 4.6 / Haiku 4.5) and Voyage AI embeddings. Your prompts are NOT used to train models.

Demo allowance

If your operator issues you a demo key, it expires after 30 days and is capped at 10,000 tokens / 100 requests per day. The encryption store records consumption per day; nothing else.

Third parties

Firebase Auth (Google), Anthropic, Voyage AI. Optional: Google Maps, Mapbox, Sentinel Hub, OpenWeather. Each is enabled only if your operator configures them.

Your rights

• Export — request a JSON dump of everything tied to your account
• Delete — we erase your row and cascade to memberships, uploads,
• invitations and personal keys
• Correct — update display name / email via /settings/profile

Email the operator to exercise these rights.

Cookies

Firebase Auth session cookie + a theme preference. No analytics SDKs.

Changes

When this policy changes we publish a new version under a fresh policy_pages.version. The previous text remains accessible via the admin history view.
